Skilled framers wanted for residential and light commercial projects in Grand Traverse County. This is a professional jobsite with steady work, clear plans, and a respectful crew that takes pride in building things the right way.
We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who show up on time, work well with others, and care about quality craftsmanship. Framing experience is preferred. You must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools.
Pay: $22–$28 per hour, based on experience, with bonus pay for completing projects early and with quality. Willing to speak to individuals that would like to work as 1099 employees, but these individuals must provide their own general liability insurance and either workman's comp or workman's comp waiver.
Additional benefits include paid holidays, major tools and safety equipment provided, and vacation time after one year. All work is local with consistent scheduling.
