POSITION: Carpenter
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5 Years+ Commercial Preferred
LOCATION: Traverse City Based - Serving the Northern Michigan Area
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time (40+ hours)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carpentry work including rough framing, finish work, trim, doors, and windows
- Added plus if knowledgeable in concrete, setting trusses, siding, or other specialty areas
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
- Work efficiently as a team, or independently
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean job site
- Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to meet schedules
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and jobsite professionalism
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions
