* Experienced commercial painters and labor for a project in the Glen Arbor area.
* Candidates must be able to provide the following:
A. Able to pass a background check.
B. Painter required: Solid 5 years experience with references / Labor required: 2 years experience in painting industry.
C. Understand schedules and installation techniques.
D. Must have transportation, own hand tools and required safety outer wear: Boots, Safety colored shirt or vest, Safety glasses.
E. Prevailing wage: Qualified Painter - Journeyman: $48.48 / Qualified Labor: $38.88
F. Payroll and 1099 applicants able to apply.

H. Start 7/6/26.
I. Upon completion of this project, continuing employment based on ability to travel to future projects.
