This is a full time, permanent employment position, with exceptional growth opportunities. All candidates should possess a strong work ethic and desire to secure the skills necessary to reach the title of a Journeyman Carpenter.
RCI is a Self-Performing General Contractor seeking a highly motivated apprentice carpenters to join our team.
This position is ideal for a candidate who seeks expanded growth opportunity, values quality work, consistency, and long-term employment with strong company that offers great compensation and benefits.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learning with an experienced carpentry crew how to complete rough framing through finish work, trim, doors, windows, siding and other specialty areas, including concrete foundation form work.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
- Work with assigned carpentry crew efficiently as a team.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean job site.
- Work and learn successfully with other apprentices, carpenters, supervisors and trades to meet schedules.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A strong work ethic and desire to obtain the title of Journeyman Carpenter.
- Ability to learn and work productively and successfuly with a carpentry crew, and with minimal supervision.
- Clean and valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and jobsite professionalism.
- Ability to complete assigned taskes, meet deadlines and follow instructions.
- Ability to demonstrate continued growth.
