Small but growing property renovation team looking for 1–2 dependable part-time helpers, primarily weekends, for residential renovation and demolition work.
Work includes:
Interior demolition (drywall, flooring, cabinets, etc.)
Jobsite cleanup and debris handling
Light framing and carpentry assistance
Painting and basic finish work (if experienced)
Material loading/unloading
General renovation support
Schedule:
Primarily Saturdays and Sundays
Flexible hours (can work around your schedule)
Potential for additional weekday hours if interested
Pay:
$20–28/hr depending on experience

Looking for someone who is:
Reliable and shows up when they say they will
Comfortable with physical work
Handy with tools (experience helpful but not required)
Construction/demo experience a plus
