We are looking for vendors who can provide:
✅ Winterization & Securing
✅ Lock Changes / Re-keys
✅ Lawn Care & Landscaping
✅ Debris Removal / Trash Outs
✅ Roofing, Fencing & Structural Repairs
✅ Board-ups & Window Repair/Replacement
✅ Mold / Moisture Mitigation
✅ Emergency Response Services

Vendor Requirements:
✔ Insured with valid general liability and Errors and Omission insurance
✔ Experience with HUD/FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac standards a plus
✔ Ability to meet strict timelines and quality standards
✔ Strong communication skills (text/phone/email)
✔ Access to local vendors/sub-contractors if needed
✔ Ability to upload photos and accept work orders digitally
