Bogey’s 19th Hole, one of two restaurants at The Leland Lodge, is seeking an experienced manager to manage the bar & grill at this casual, year-round lunch & dinner venue.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead the Floor: Foster a welcoming, high-energy environment for both guests and staff - both inside and on the expansive outdoor restaurant deck.
• Kitchen Responsibility: Oversee a small kitchen team and ensure food is prepared to standards.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, retain, and schedule front-of-house staff to ensure top-notch customer service.
• Operations: Oversee inventory, manage labor and food costs, and maintain strict health and safety standards both in the kitchen and on the floor.
• Guest Relations: Build regular clientele, handle feedback, and ensure memorable and enjoyable dining experiences.
• Report to: F&B Director; Direct reports: Servers, bartenders, hostess, cooks, dishwasher.
What You’ll Need:
• 2+ years of progressive management experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality venue.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen and BOH equipment and processes.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and working knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Toast).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
