Two older wing-back chairs.Structurally sound but worn. Queen Anne leg. Quality furniture which has seen many years, but with lesser use ... except when my cat wanted to sharpen her claws ... hence the word worn. It is a matching pair and because of where they were used in the house, actually saw little use over the years. I am downsizing and rather than the dump. I would like to see someone continue to use them. I would suggest that purchasing slipcovers which can be inexpensive would continue to give the chairs a good appearance. Reupholstering is more expensive, but because of the quality, can be worth it.
