The Federal government has mandated pot ash mining. This is mined in Evart and to be shipped to Baldwin on Semi trucks and loaded on rail carts to be shipped out. This means that the rail trail will be converted back to rail lines.
This will also destroy the roads with expecting 80 round-trip trucks per day with loads weighing roughly 50 tons each.
