What I’m after:
• More land
• A barn or large outbuilding
• Petoskey to Wolverine corridor preferred
• Your house doesn’t need to match mine in size
The idea:
If you’ve got more land than you need and wouldn’t mind stepping into a turnkey property with some solid updates, might be worth a conversation. Values probably won’t match perfectly — open to a cash difference either way to make it work.
