Note: Lower level made into it's own "Apartment" with separate entrance; Home very insulated therefore no noise issue; Currently one person residing in that separate space.
Due at signing Rental Agreement: $500 Security Deposit which then will become Damage Deposit;
Prior to moving in: First + last month’s Rent.
Priced for one person; will consider couple.
