Great condition. Used it in a PC for about a week before switching to another case and parts. Everything is there besides the thermal paste I used. But there should still be enough thermal paste available for installation. The copper plate looks scratched up but it's just from wiping the thermal paste off which I did with alcohol and a cotton swab.
