Very down to earth retired guy. Still in great shape looking for someone that might want to rent a room out. Very dependable, quite, respectful, knowlegable, exstremly honest. Would prefer a female who is struggling to keep up on higher cost of living. I can pay up to 750. A month. Im a native to this area, but moved back a few years ago. References...thank you.
