I am 32m, business owner, I own a home in town Traverse City. I have a spare room and would be interested in renting in out in exchange for house keeping services. I am rarely home and it would be nice to have someone to help take care of things for me. Daily tasks would include; cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, cooking, and dishes. It’s a 1,100sf house and I’m very clean, so it is relatively simple to take care of. The room would be free in exchange for the housekeeping.
