They keep raiseing the water bill to fast. Its got to stop. Its crazy. Nobody ever gives any reason. Now there picking up the leaves, id rather pick up my own leaves. We need to start doing something about it. When your water bill is more than your electric bill and more than your heating bill something is wrong. This needs to be voted on at election time. At the current rate they will raise the water bill two more times before the next election. HELP!
