Here is a 2000 Fender AVRI '57 Strat in Two-Tone Sunburst finish! Includes the original G&G case, trem bar, CoA/paperwork and even an old purchase receipt from when it was bought used from a shop in 2003! These older AVRI Strats are still quite affordable and (in my opinion) really give you more of a vintage tone, look and feel compared to the most recent reissues. This guitar has a true vintage 7.25" fretboard radius and a super comfortable neck. I'd describe it as a Medium/Semi-Chunky profile with a soft-V feel that tapers into a C shape after the first few frets. I haven't measured the depth but I have an AVRI '57 Strat from just one year earlier that measures .87 - .91" @ the 1st and 12th frets, and this neck feels identical. The pickups sound really great, and are very clear, punchy and balanced. I much prefer these to the pickups I've heard in newer reissues, which sound harsh and a bit too bright. It weighs just barely over 8 lb, and is very well-balanced, which actually makes it feel quite light. All in all, this is an exceptional Strat that looks, plays and sounds fantastic, and comes in at a great price point.

Condition: This guitar is in great condition and everything functions as it should with no issues. There is a bit of visible play wear here and there, but for a 24-year-old instrument, it's quite clean. While it's been played and enjoyed, it's also been taken good care of. Starting with the frets: They show some light wear throughout but look and feel great, and are easy to bend on, with plenty of height. Nothing that affects playability, in my opinion. As for the rest of the guitar, there are some light surface scratches/scuffs and shallow indentations here and there, but again, nothing major or that really stands out to me. It's what you'd expect to see with a guitar that hasn't just sat in the case it's whole life. There is a bit of feint buckle wear above the cavity cover, but it doesn't break the finish, and isn't very noticeable unless you're looking under direct light at certain angles. The back of the neck is very clean and doesn't have any wear that I've been able to feel or notice.
