This is a Maxon PT-909 Phase Tone phaser pedal from the 1970s. Maxon also private labeled the same phaser for Ibanez. It's like a Phase 90, but with additional control over the Width and Feedback of the phasing. There is a problem with the input jack cutting in an out intermittently. Otherwise, it works and sounds great. It can be powered with a 9-volt battery, or with a standard 9-volt pedalboard power supply.
