Looking for an experienced carpenter or handyman to install a new attic access hatch in an upstairs ceiling. Hatch only — no pull-down stairs. Job includes checking joist/truss direction before cutting, cutting/framing the opening, installing or building an insulated hatch/panel, trimming it out, and patching/finishing drywall as needed.
