There are no cracks or chips. Go from table to microwave or refrigerator - oven or freezer.
Versatile - all around dishes. Lightweight, and don't take up much space in the cupboard.
If you know Corelle, it is almost unbreakable, great for family with children.
This is an old pattern, not sure if there are any replacement parts available.
