I bought this for my apple trees when they were younger. It works great! Looks like a jet engine when running full bore and uses waste oil as a fuel. you can surely use diesel or kerosene but much more expensive. It has a stand and heat deflector which both costed extra. I also built a wooden sled with nylon wear strips on bottom for easier moving by one person. Id imagine this would work great for a patio heater of sorts because when its running efficiently it doesnt give off a bunch of smoke. heat hits the deflector and radiates out sideways.

I bought this from Smudge Pot Direct and as you can see in the photos it cost $520 new, not counting shipping. Give me $400 and its yours. Approx 3yrs old. Used only a few times for frost protection and has always been stored under cover. I believe i also still have the original manual booklet.
