Although 4 sounds like enough of a starter pack of quail, it is recommended to have more as their fatality numbers can be high from Stress and travel. Ask me about travel arrangements as selling
Adults Is rhe ideal situation so you don’t have temperature issues in the car or for the winter.
I am putting eggs in incubator on 10-16, so we expect babies just after Halloween and taking orders for laying hens and adult birds for the holiday season. Mature birds should be ready by Christmas. Prices may increase with demand or make deals for larger numbers. If you’re not familiar with quails ask AI if they could be right for you. I can’t say enough about how I think they’re the future but they’re not for everyone and the mortality can be avoided with simple steps. They fly and spook easily like rabbits, they break their necks easily from jump flight being scared that’s why it’s recommended you get more; the older they are, the more likely they’ll live for years. I have a few that are over 3yrs old and they lay every day.
