This was a special order leather couch that I paid just under 4 grand for brand new about 5 years ago.
I'm selling for $100.00 cash.
Buyer responsible for removing it from the house and hauling it to their house.
Only reason I'm selling it is because I'm looking to get a very large wrap around couch as I have now turned my house into a vacation rental and need more sitting room for guests.
No rips or holes.
Leather has been conditioned once a month ever since I bought it.
