I am selling my very secluded 120 Acres of mature wooded hunting property and Newer Log cabin, it is 22 miles from any town. The property is one of the very few private owned areas Located in middle of Hiawatha National Forest. approx. 10 miles North of main gravel road intersection ( co rd 2235 and co rd 442) the last 9 miles are two track maintained by forestry and paper Co,( approx. location is 22 miles North of Nahma Juntion which is on Hwy 2 right in middle of Hiawatha National Forest)( 45 minutes N of Rapid River, Just South 3 miles of the Delta and Alger County Line, west 1 mile of H13 as a crow flys) Then Gated and my property is approx. ½ mile behind gate area. The cabin is self-contained, with well and septic, a 250 gallon propane tank runs generator when needed, but solar and propane gas system supply lights and TV and water at all times. All amenities of home, the cabin heats with a small wood burner which last for hours and forces you to leave windows cracked even in the coldest snowmobiles seasons. The cabin is 3 rooms including bathroom/ shower and has built in beds for 10.
The property has a small generator shed and a larger storage garage out back, property has numerous box blinds and tree stands, it has produced lots of nice bucks and bear and small game yearly. ( one blind had 3 bucks in 3 days) The northern 40 acres where cabin is has mostly high ground with large hills which run down to the north and the sturgeon river 1/4 mile away. The River which boarders the whole gated area on 3 sides ( but not directly on my property). The northern area has planted groves of large Red Pine, and natural beach and maple, I was told last year we have approx. $20,000 in wood with a select cut.
