This very nice Government Postcard GPC is autographed by 1951-1955 Detroit Tigers Steve "Bud" Souchock, deceased 2002. It is postmarked Chicago, August 19, 1949 while Souchock was a member of the Chicago White Sox. He also played for the New York Yankees earlier in his career. Rarely do you see true VINTAGE autographs like these and have the ability to know when it was signed. ALSO NOTE: MOST OF THE GPC's FROM THIS COLLECTION WERE ALSO ADDRESSED TO THE FAN BY THE PLAYER HIMSELF, INCLUDING THIS ONE BY SOUCHOCK!
