This is a great group of items related to Frank Thomas of the Pittsburgh Pirates, "The Original One", as he liked to refer to himself. Full page handwritten letter dated September 5, 2006 with fantastic content regarding his post-career commitment to kids with cancer, playing softball with them, etc. Also refers to a book that he had written. Size is approximately 5.5" x 8.5", and my note to Mr. Thomas is on the reverse side. It is folded as seen. Original envelope dated 9/6/2006 is also included with Mr. Thomas' personal address label. Lot also includes his 1956 Topps as seen, which I would call EX, but see images for your opinion. Group can be shipped if you are not in the TC area: show contact info .
