From one of my original boxes, I have several packs available as seen. These are what collector's term "Michigan Test Packs", as they were only issued here, and Topps was testing a new process to seal the packs. So some still call them "wax packs", but there is no wax at all, but the much safer and more secure factory seal as seen. These have been in my possession since they were manufactured in 1983.
