Steury fiberglass boat, trailer, and two semi-functional motors. The motor mounted turns over and runs, however it doesn’t pee water. Has new water pump, but mechanic thinks the lower unit is cracked so doesn’t build pressure. The other motor (not mounted) is also a mercury, most parts swap (starter, gas line, ignition switch, etc), but I’m unsure if the lower unit will swap. Had it running last summer, but never mounted it as the shaft is a few inches too short (will need shaft extension kit if mounted). Trailer in great shape, with working lights. Asking $500 for all, OBO.
