This 1993 Boston Whaler 130 Sport has served our program well for decades. We are simply upgrading to a slightly larger Boston Whaler. We repowered the engine in 2003 with a 25hp Yamaha four stroke outboard. We have consistently replaced the sparks plugs, impeller, and fuel filter over its life and it still runs strong. Newer cushions were fabricated for the bench seats as well as new throttle and shift cables in the past couple years. The custom-fabricated tow arch was used for towing and righting sailboats. This is a great starter boat, especially for kids. Boston Whalers are known for being foam-filled and unsinkable and they float level even when swamped. Additional safety comes with the installed prop guard.

This boat is offered by the Lake Charlevoix Mariners 501(c)(3). All proceeds of this sale support the Sail Charlevoix educational programs.
