This is a 2021 Salsa Cutthroat GRX 600 2x11 that has been converted into a GRX 810 1x11 groupset!!!!

I'm selling this bike because I am moving away from drop bars because of a neck injury... So I'd really like for it to go to someone who is going to ride the crap out of it!
This bike has received nothing but love and has received regular maintenance. She's taken me on the New Mexico Off Road Runner, on the Tassie Trail in Tasmania, across Australia, and across the archipelago of Indonesia.
The conversion to the GRX 810 is relatively new, so think of it as a new engine! Not a lot of miles with it. It has so much more ease compared to the 2x (in my opinion).
Recently serviced and cleaned! Re-greased all the screws, tires are good to go (29 x 2.2), all the threads for the frame bolts are intact, and NEW GROUP SET = NEW EVERYTHING.
Does not come with racks or mounting brackets...
For reference I'm 5'8" and on the short end of the reach for this baby.
